Membership Meeting February, 10th

Hello, Jaycees!

We will hold our monthly membership meeting for February this coming Wednesday evening at the Allegany Arts Council, beginning at 7 pm. We will not be holding a committee meeting session this month.

Please join us for this meeting as we will be discussing several important issues. The officers and I have been preparing a budget for 2010 that we will submit to the membership for amendments and approval. This is your chance to have a say in how we raise and spend our money.

We will also be discussing our 2010 Events Calendar. If you want to be a part of the discussion of what we include on our official chapter events calendar this is the meeting to attend!

Speaking of events, we will be talking about the upcoming events in April, the March for Babies, the Autism Speaks Walk and the Canal Clean-up (a potential new event for us). We will also talk about the upcoming Awards/Installation Dinner on February 26th. (You already know about that, right?) You can take the opportunity to make reservations and payments at the meeting.

By the way, great new site, huh? Bill Moran, our Communications Director has been working tirelessly to revamp the site and, while he is not finished yet, what he has is tremendous.
